Quality and Responsibility Statement
The MSA Group has consistently delivered quality services in a safe and responsible manner to local and international clients for close to three decades.
We are committed to meeting the needs of our customers, staff and stakeholders. We shall do so by providing a high-quality service in the safest manner possible and with the least possible impact on the physical and social environments we work in. We shall achieve this through understanding the markets and environments in which we operate, as well as our customers’ and employees needs and expectations. We shall comply with the requirements of the ISO Quality, ISO Health and Safety, and ISO Environmental Management Systems and continually strive to improve their effectiveness within our organisation.
Our quality and responsibility policies, principles and objectives will be continually communicated and made available to all employees. We shall ensure that all our employees understand and fully implement our policies and objectives, and are able to perform their duties effectively through an ongoing training and development programme.
The MSA Group is committed to being a responsible company, which is considered to be the employer of choice and the service provider of choice in the markets in which it operates.
